On December 18, 1997, POLLOS A LA BRASA EL CHALAN, open its doors for the first time at 405 Chelsea St. East Boston.  We brought for the first time a new and different style of charcoal rotisserie chicken, seasoned with special Peruvian ingredients.  This chicken was, it is and it will keep being the favorite chicken between all the communities. 

On May 9 2006, we opened POLLOS A LA BRASA II at washington Avenue in Chelsea, MA.  Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ, our customers and employees this special flavored chicken will keep being a favorite for generations.

The POLLOS A LA BRASA EL CHALAN owners, Mr. and Mrs. Puma came from Peru to the United States in the 80's.  They, as everybody else came to reach the American Dream and with hard work they became a blessed family with their two sons, Anthony and Daniel. They Thank The Lord for having such loving parents who taught them humbleness, respect, honesty and love for the hard work which have let them reach such success.  Their parents Pastor Torre, Rosalia Torre, Segundo Puma and Julia Medina.
